Reinhardts German Auto Haus

Brought in my "new" 2002 Volkswagen Cabrio to get an overall diagnostic and alignment since i already knew when i got the car it had issues. They gave a very detailed over view on each issue and ordered them in most severe to least and let me know what could be put off for a bit as well as showing a diagram of where a certain issue was and later on pickup pictures of the issues from whatever the previous owner mangled. They also recommended the alignment not getting done yet due to another repair needing done so i dont have to pay for the same job twice. I so very much appreciate them And will continue to bring my Gas cars here to get worked on!

I could not thank Reinhardt enough for what they did! Excellent service from Jeff, Lauren and the crew. They were able to diagnose my vehicle with the issue which Mercedes Benz of Marietta could not! Highly professional team. Will definitely do Business again Thank you so much!!!

The team at Reinhardt's German Auto Haus provided exemplary service for our VW Taos. Not only did they successfully diagnose and resolve a braking issue that two VW Dealerships were unable to address but also highlighted warranty parts that were overlooked by those two Dealerships that would require attention to be repaired and replaced. Throughout the repair process, they kept us throughly informed and updated with estimated pricing of the parts for the repairs needed plus offered us with valuable guidance and knowledge on preventive maintenance, to help us avoid potential problems in the future. The dedication of the Reinhardt team exceeded our expectations, and we are profoundly grateful and appreciative for their assistance as we are fortunate to have found such remarkable people to help us as we are new to the Marietta/Kennesaw community. Thank you! #STL

These guys are great and thorough each time I visit. I have been extremely satisfied with them for years and keeping all my cars in tip top shape. They help when I need last minute appointments and work me in when able as well as scheduled maintenance reminders. They use all the OEM spec fluids and maintenance my Audi calls for. Also they are a very well priced and competitively placed better than most if not all other shops in the area. They stand behind all their work always. Give them a call you won't be disappointed!

Very pleased with service done and the communication during the process. Jeff and the staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. This my 1st time taking my car to them for service after going to another shop for several years but going forward I will only be using Reinhardts.
